i’ve never really been one to do at home workouts. i’m more of a lifting weights at the gym kinda girl. but with all the gyms being shut down and being stuck in my apartment (thanks COVID-19) i’ve had to really get creative and resourceful to make sure i’m still getting some good exercise in. *cue me buying a load of home workout equipment on amazon*
i’ve been doing a whole slew of different online workout videos from local studios and influencers i follow, walking at least a mile 5x a week, and kinda making things up as i go with what equipment i have.
while a lot of at home workouts don’t require any weights or equipment, i know that sometimes we want a little extra oomf to our workouts. SO i thought i would share some essential training equipment that will get you through any workout without having to break the bank.
