flex friday: a whole new me? + prep announcement!

these pics ^^ are so old. like a few weeks after my last show old…but i couldn’t remember if i had posted about this fun gym shoot, so here’s a few of my favorite shots.

i’m getting real with y’all today.
i had a little change in mindset not too long ago that i think is going to totally change the game for me. i’m stepping it up a notch, and i mean business.

i hope you get something out of today’s video, because i know when i filmed this i was in the super motivational feels. i knew that i needed to get this clip before the moment passed.

but i’m not kidding. this next prep season is going to be next level, and I’M SO EXCITED.
